April of 2025 the federal and provincial governments collaborated to bring more affordable childcare to Alberta. Changes to the affordability grant were implemented for all children in part time (50-99 hours) and full time (100+ hours) care. The grant allows for parent fees to be equal in all centres across the province. Part time care will be $230/child and fulltime care will be $326.25/child. Limited spaces are available.
